What is the Resilience Wheel Copyright License?
The Resilience Wheel is copyrighted intellectual property and copyright licensing is required for use of the Resilience Wheel images and products at a professional level. Any use of the Resilience Wheel images in a professional capacity without a copyright license is intellectual property rights infringement, intellectual property theft, and is against the law. Statutory damages for copyright infringement are up to $150000. Please read more about this at U.S. Copyright Office website.
What does it mean to become Olga Phoenix's Licensee?
Becoming a member of our Resilience Wheel Copyright Licensing Program will grant you access to a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable copyright license to reproduce, print, and publish the Resilience Wheel, Resilience Wheel Assessment, and Create-Your-Own Resilience Wheel images on a professional level, such as work with teams, clients, students, in online courses, presentations, trainings, curriculums, and e-books for the term of 3 years. Per our copyright licensing agreement, the images can only be utilized "as is" and can not be modified in any way.
What type of licensing you provide?
License Type: a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to reproduce, print and/or publish the images of the Resilience Wheel tools (Licensed Work).
Changes and Modifications: for sizing purposes only, Licensed Work may not be altered, modified or changed (ex.: Licensee can not put their logo or their website on the Resilience Wheel image).
Licensed with Permission Statement: the following credit line needs to be included below or in reasonable proximity to the Licensed Work whenever Licensed Work is used: “© 2020 Olga Phoenix. Licensed with permission. All rights reserved”.
What is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license?
Non-exclusive license: A non-exclusive license grants the licensee (YOU/YOUR AGENCY) the right to use the intellectual property, but the licensor (OLGA PHOENIX) remains free to grant any number of copyright licensees to others.
Non-transferable license: A non-transferable copyright license prohibits the licensee (YOU/YOUR AGENCY) from transferring their license rights or sharing the license with others, such as their clients, contractors, or other agencies.
Non-sublicensable license: A non-sublicensable copyright means that licensee (YOU/YOUR AGENCY) does not have the right to grant licenses or sublicenses to any third party, such as their clients, contractors, or other agencies.

What is Resilience Wheel copyright infringement?
What is copyright infringement? Copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work such as Resilience Wheel image is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission and/or licensing of the copyright owner. What are Copyright Licensing Options?
With the copyright license purchase, you’ll gain access to the highest quality non-watermarked Resilience Wheel images in jpg and pdf, and a copyright license to reproduce, print, and publish the images in your professional life (for details please read full license agreement here) for a 3-year term.
Copyright licenses are available for “Solopreneur”, “Agency”-wide, and “Enterprise”-wide purchasing options:
- “Solopreneur” copyright is only intented for solo professionals, such as independent contractor or indepent coach.
- “Agency”-wide copyright covers all employees within one agency in one location (ex.: one hospital, one school, one nonprofit, etc).
- “Enterprise” copyright covers all employees of organizational entities with multiple agencies, branches, and locations under one umbrella (ex.: hospital systems, school districts, corporations, government branches, state coalitions with multiple members, etc).
Please Note: to legally utilize these tools on a professional level and avoid copyright infringement, as well as statutory damages running into hundreds of thousands of dollars, it is essential to not only purchase the Resilience copyright licenses, but to purchase them at an appropriate licensing option level (ex.: when Agency of any size buys Solopreneur Licenses, this constitutes a breach of contract and makes licenses invalid).

Can I modify/change the Resilience Wheel image or any materials included (ex.: add my info, remove Olga Phoenix info)?

How do I access all the materials and images after purchasing?
When checking out, you’ll be asked to agree to our licensing terms, which will constitute a legally binding copyright license contract between Olga Phoenix (Licensor) and You/Your Agency (Licensee).
You will have immediate access to our Resilience Wheel Copyright Licensing program and all materials included immediately upon completing the purchase.
You will have access to the portal for the term of 3 years (copyright license term).

Can I be Invoiced for this product and other payment arrangements?
If your agency requires you to be invoiced for this product, please email copyrights@olgaphoenix.com with an invoice request. Please include the name of this program, relevant email, agency name, agency address, and agency telephone number for the purposes of the invoice. You will be emailed an electronic invoice containing all product details. We only accept electronic payments via Stripe or Paypal platforms. We do not accept paper checks or bank transfers at this time.
What is the refund policy?
